As a Regional GPO Engineer, you will support power generation operations by troubleshooting process issues, improving equipment reliability, and optimizing plant performance across multiple facilities. This role combines process engineering, data analytics, and field support, with travel required to partner directly with plant teams and drive safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams across sites to resolve process and equipment issues
  • Analyze plant data (PI, control systems) to identify trends and performance improvements
  • Support outages, startups, and commissioning with real-time engineering guidance
  • Lead or support root cause analyses and implement reliability improvements

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and plant systems
  • Familiarity with control systems (DCS) and performance tools like PI
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in power generation or industrial process environments
  • Knowledge of HRSG, steam cycle systems, or plant instrumentation
  • Experience supporting outages or maintenance strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and locations
