EnSight Solutions is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage customer relationships within the food processing equipment industry. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to project completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer visits
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and service teams
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
  • Represent EnSight at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites
  • Evaluate opportunities for profitability and repeat business

What You Bring
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in food processing or capital equipment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all customer levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
