Job Summary:

Eminent Care Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies, managing clinical staff, and fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners.


The Regional Director of Clinical Services/Nursing is a registered nurse (RN) responsible for overseeing clinical operations across two (2) skilled nursing facilities in NY. This role partners closely with Directors of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to promote high-quality patient care, improve outcomes, and reduce costs

  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, including nurses, therapists, and others, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care

  • Collaborate with medical directors, nursing leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in Regional role

  • Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and drive results
