The Platform Transformation Manager (PTM) is responsible for ensuring that digital platform capabilities generate measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business leaders, regional sales leader, Country teams, and Global Platform Business, the PSM drives platform adoption, utilization, business transformation, and execution excellence for the assigned global platform initiative. The role translates platform capabilities into material business outcomes and supports the organization's journey toward becoming a Platform Company.

Your role:

Platform Adoption & Utilization

  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of Ingram Micro Xvantage, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities across the organization.

  • Develop and execute adoption, utilization, and value-realization plans for new platform capabilities and strategic initiatives.

  • Onboard C9+ countries to Xvantage standardized processes

  • Promote best practices and accelerate platform maturity across business functions.

Business Transformation

  • Support the transformation of the organization into a Platform Company by embedding platform-centric ways of working.

  • Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Partner with business leaders to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.

  • Enable organizational change and foster a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Drive the standardization and implementation of Platform Operating Model (POM) organizational structures to align roles, responsibilities, and operating practices with platform-enabled business execution.

Business Enablement & Coaching

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional and country leaders (ex. sales teams, vendor managers, operational teams)

  • Coach associates and management on how to leverage platform capabilities to achieve business outcomes.

  • Communicate the platform value proposition and ensure alignment with business priorities.

  • Support the development and execution of enablement, communication, and change management strategies.

Performance & KPI Management

  • Establish and monitor platform adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide transparent reporting and actionable insights to local and global stakeholders.

  • Ensure platform initiatives contribute to strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Global Platform Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary connection between regional, country leadership and Global Platform Business teams.

  • Track progress on Tiers progression and Unified Objectives and translate global platform strategy into local execution plans.

  • Provide feedback on country-specific requirements and opportunities to influence the platform roadmap.

  • Support deployment, rollout, and optimization of platform capabilities within the assigned region.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
