Job description

  1. Travels to customer facilities to enhance customer relations, answer questions and provide technical assistance with product application.
  2. Support customers during all phases of design from component selection through production.
  3. Create and foster relationships with customers through activities, including, but not limited to visits, active calls (conference and video) and seminars.
  4. Create and foster relationships with other internal department and international colleagues.
  5. Identify and report critical customer needs and market trends to management, product management and product definition engineers.
  6. Develop and conduct technical training presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally.
  7. Provides expert technical support for electronic components and basic technical support for electromechanical component to customers and colleagues regarding documentation, data requests and applications.
  8. Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and to build own knowledge of technology and market developments.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with the Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Field Sales Engineers (FSE) at semiconductor partners within the region to foster customer specific design wins.
  10. Active participation and collaboration in regional, country and international conferences, workshops and eiSos Technical Academy related tasks
