Position Summary:
TheRegional Sales Manageris responsible for the business development and implementation of sales strategy in a specified region or geographical area. The RSM manages the regional sales pipeline with a focus on closing accounts with potential business of 50+ field employee placements. The RSM will partner with the assigned Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute their region's growth strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
Generate sales, develop leads and business for assigned region
Lead and manage BDMs in assigned region
Achieve sales goals by managing regional new business pipeline and partnering with RVP
Collaborate with the sales team to develop business with major accounts (50+ field employee placements)
Use team selling methodology, qualify potential new business for the territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
Establish in depth knowledge of market and economic changes
Build relationships with internal and external customers
Work with sales & marketing teams to implement marketing strategies for the territory
Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment
Lead and manage monthly regional pipeline calls to track results


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years previous business to business, staffing sales experience as an individual contributor

HS Diploma/GED required, college degree is preferred

Ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands

Superior organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact face-to-face with customers during presentations and meetings.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel within the territory

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Background check eligibility

Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
