Regional Chef - Upscale, Full Service Restaurants


A growing, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across multiple restaurant concepts and locations. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on developing Executive Chefs, improving operational performance, maintaining culinary standards, and supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate is an accomplished multi-unit culinary leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving consistency, and partnering with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Regional Chef Compensation & Benefits

Regional Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities


• Multi-unit, multi-concept culinary leadership experience with Upscale, Full Service Restaurants required

• This position requires recent multi-unit, full-service restaurant culinary leadership. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in contract foodservice/ Corporate dining / institutional dining / consulting will not be considered.

• Executive Chef experience in high-volume, upscale full-service restaurants

• Lead, coach, and develop Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams

• Drive consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation across multiple locations

• Monitor and improve food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained

• Support new restaurant openings, menu rollouts, and operational initiatives

• Partner with operations leadership to improve guest experience and restaurant performance

• Analyze operational and financial results and implement action plans

• Experience with forecasting, production planning, and culinary systems

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

• Comfortable traveling regularly between restaurant locations

• Scratch kitchen and chef-driven restaurant experience strongly preferred
