About the Role
Lead growth in one of the most critical regions for industrial electrification and power systems. As a Regional Sales Manager for Motors & Drives Distribution, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding market share across the Western U.S.
This role blends strategic account management, channel development, and technical sales leadership. You'll work closely with distributors, OEMs, and end users while partnering internally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

What You'll Do
Sales Growth & Territory Management
  • Own and drive sales growth across the Western U.S. territory through distributor and channel partners
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to overall business objectives
  • Identify and capture opportunities for:
    • New customer acquisition
    • Expansion within existing accounts
  • Achieve or exceed district revenue, margin, and growth targets

Distributor & Channel Development
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with distribution partners and key accounts
  • Conduct joint sales calls, training sessions, and on-the-job coaching (OJT) with distributor teams
  • Ensure partners maintain appropriate inventory levels and service capabilities
  • Drive alignment with company strategy, pricing, and market positioning

Customer Engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with end users, OEMs, and EPC customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending optimal solutions
  • Represent the company with professionalism in all customer-facing activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with:

What We're Looking For
Required
  • 3+ years of sales experience in industrial, electrical, or technical product environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
