Salary: $65,000 + monthly performance bonusย
We're looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to lead two Stretch Zone studios in Miami Beach.
This isn't a traditional regional management role. It's a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people, solving problems, and creating systems that help organizations grow.
You'll spend time coaching team members, meeting one-on-one with prospective members, developing community partnerships, improving operating procedures, analyzing business performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Every day is different.
The right candidate thrives at the intersection of leadership, sales, operations, marketing, and client service.
If you're energized by wearing multiple hats, embracing technology, continuously improving processes, andโ€”most importantlyโ€”helping others feel better by sharing assisted stretching, you'll love this role!ย
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • A college graduate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current or former general manager or operations manager (especially in the health and wellness sector).
  • Highly organized and naturally process-oriented.
  • Comfortable using technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.
  • A confident leader who earns trust through integrity, accountability, and consistency.
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritize, pivot, and solve problems quickly.
  • Equally comfortable leading a team, closing a sale, or presenting to business partners.
  • Passionate about developing people while driving measurable business results.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations for two Miami Beach studios (in person).
  • Coach and develop high-performing sales and stretch teams.
  • Drive membership sales, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships through community events and strategic partnerships.
  • Improve operating procedures, workflows, and organizational systems.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and business trends.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and team accountability.
  • Maintain Stretch Zone brand standards while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Perform assisted stretching sessions and sales consultations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Fitness background (preferred but not required)
  • Proven success in both B2C and B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and coaching experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience interpreting KPIs and P&L reports.
  • High level of technical proficiency with business software and AI productivity tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (no scooters/bikes, no shared vehicles).
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
A Final Note
This position requires a leader who enjoys solving complex problems, building systems, coaching people, and creating exceptional customer experiences. If you're looking for a predictable management role, this probably isn't it.
If you're excited by ownership, growth, and making a measurable impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
