  • Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center
  • H-1B cap exempt organization
  • J-1 candidates accepted

Compensation / Benefits

  • $462,444 x 2-year Guarantee with Production Incentive
  • $70K Commencement Bonus
  • $30K Longevity Bonus after year 3
  • $15K Moving Allowance
  • Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage
  • Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium
  • 2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan
