Learn to Earn Dayton, in partnership with Montgomery County ESC has an exciting position available for a Coordinator of Data and Visualization.
Position Summary
The Data and Visualization Coordinator ensures Learn to Earn Dayton data infrastructure and products are accurate, timely, and compelling. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing and visualizing quantitative and qualitative data to power Learn to Earn Dayton's databases, dashboards, and reports. The Coordinator transforms complex data into accessible, actionable information for partners, internal teams, and the broader community. The Coordinator also leads technical development of data-driven mapping products, including geography maps, fiscal maps and other maps based on both quantitative & qualitative data, ensuring these tools meet high accuracy standards and integrate seamlessly into Learn to Earn Dayton's public-facing and internal platforms.

  • Position Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 starting salary commensurate with experience, education and qualifications
  • Position Terms: Full-Time In Person / On Site, Occasional Travel
  • Office Location: MCESC Regional Center, 4801 Springfield Street - Dayton, Ohio 45431

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in data analysis, visualization, or a related field
  • Proficient in data visualization and analysis tools, especially Power BI
  • Experience in overseeing data governance and structure, including the use of Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience cleaning, preparing, and managing complex data sets
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and geospatial mapping
  • Ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with cradle-to-career ecosystems, collective impact, or similar community-based work preferred
