Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures
  2. Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  3. Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services
  4. Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed
  5. Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations
  6. Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication
  7. Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training

Qualifications:
  1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in State of Louisiana
  2. BSN degree preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  3. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems
