Job description

Title: Refurbishment Technician
Responsible Manager: Supervisor, In-House Machines & Refurbishment
Location: Pflugerville, Texas
Onsite
We are looking for a Refurbishment Technician to be responsible for restoring industrial additive manufacturing systems, by installing, repairing, replacing and reassembling equipment to ensure it meets operational standards and safety regulations. This person will be involved in detailed troubleshooting, component replacement and calibration/testing of refurbished machines and adhering to quality control procedures to the highest standards.
Your Mission
• Installation of equipment at EOS facilities to ensure full functionality according toEOS specifications.
• Refurbishment of used EOS equipment for re-sale to customers; inspect andidentify worn or damaged components/technical issues, assessing the extent of repairs needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure refurbished equipmentmeets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, components used and inspectionfindings.
• Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.
• Manage EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventoryof company assigned assets.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift 35lb unassisted
Your Talents
• Minimum 1 year of experience in servicing industrial equipment.
• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical/mechanical engineeringtechnology.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to use written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions.
• Possess computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Networkknowledge, MS-
Office).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday onsite at Pflugerville facility.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Professional appearance and conduct, with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
