Spears Services has been servicing the low temp refrigeration needs of the Tri-Cities area for over 30 years and is looking for an energetic individual.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Work on Commercial Rack Refrigeration equipment.
  • Work on Commercial Soft Serv equipment
  • Work on Commercial HVAC equipment
  • Electrical service on all the above
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required on paper and electronically
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
  • Be on call as needed (Typically once a month)

Job Requirements:
  • Experienced Refrigeration Refrigeration knowledge
  • CFC Certification
  • Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and personality
