Job description

Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Refrigeration Pipefitters for projects located in the Allentown, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Refrigeration Pipefitter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:          

  • Install, fit, align, and secure 6-inch Schedule 10 refrigeration piping systems
  • Measure, cut, prepare, and assemble piping components according to project specifications
  • Perform extensive copper piping installation, including brazing and soldering of joints, fittings, and connections
  • Ensure piping systems are properly supported, anchored, and installed to maintain system performance and reliability
  • Conduct leak testing and assist with quality inspections of completed installations
  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and installation procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project

Responsibilities

  • Experience installing refrigeration piping systems
  • Strong knowledge of copper pipe installation, brazing, and soldering techniques
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit piping components
  • Familiarity with commercial or industrial refrigeration systems preferred
