As Demand Generation Manager you’ll work in collaboration with a Director of Demand Generation to manage and lead media strategies for 4-5 client accounts (growth-stage B2B companies, primarily SaaS). Your role will entail setting strategic direction and overseeing execution, from campaign design to optimization, to contribute directly to our clients' revenue and growth targets. This position requires a unique blend of strategic acumen, hands-on execution, and analytical proficiency to both measure and propel success.

Salary is $120,000 for this role.

Note: Our operations are entirely remote, however we are presently prioritizing candidates for our pool that reside in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MA, NY, NC, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA or WA.

• Client Management: Directly interface with clients, attend and lead meetings as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials to effectively showcase the results and impact of your efforts.
• Strategy Development: Conceive and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, segments, and pivotal market opportunities to optimize campaign efficacy. Devise demand creation, capture, and conversion programs, meticulously assessing the entire new acquisition funnel and prioritizing initiatives based on their potential impact on revenue.
• Campaign Management: Spearhead the planning, execution, and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including product marketing and sales teams, to ensure seamless alignment of messaging, content, and objectives across all campaigns. Vigilantly monitor campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization to drive sustained success.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Employ advanced data analysis techniques to dissect insights from multiple data sources including CRM, MAP, ABM Tools, and Web Analytics. Compile comprehensive reports detailing campaign results, data narratives, and actionable insights, accompanied by spend recommendations aimed at driving revenue impact.

• Demonstrated experience building & optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment.
• Experience building & managing ad campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (experience in other platforms is a plus! [6sense, Youtube, Bing, X, Reddit, Capterra, etc.]) Google Ads & Analytics certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes), and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• An analytical mindset and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
• AI fluency with a habit of using AI tools to accelerate daily execution. Bonus if you're experimenting with AI-powered workflows to automate parts of the campaign management process.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, this role will interact directly with customers and is expected to be on camera for Zoom calls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

The typical interview process for Demand Generation Manager at Refine Labs is 4 rounds, including an intro call, technical assessment, management skills interview, and a final presentation requiring presenting on a work sample.
