Referral Services Assistants are professionals who help connect clients or patients with appropriate services, resources, or specialists based on their needs. They often work in healthcare, social services, or educational settings, acting as a bridge between clients and service providers. Their responsibilities typically include assessing client needs, managing referral paperwork, coordinating appointments, and following up to ensure that clients receive the services they require.
