What qualifications do you need to be a referee in basketball?

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Referee in Basketball, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Basketball Referee, you need a deep understanding of basketball rules, strong decision-making abilities, and often certification from a recognized officiating body.
