What You’ll Do:

If you enjoy working with power tools, have an eye for detail, and love being part of a production team, this role is perfect for you.

  • Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.
  • Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to keep things running smoothly.
  • Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.
  • Work closely with your teammates and accept guidance from leadership to meet production goals and expectations.
  • Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.

  • Someone who can think critically and solve problems on the fly.
  • Attention to detail is key—you’ll need to follow work instructions and meet quality standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines without getting frustrated when things get tricky.

Physical Demands:

  • You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
  • Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
  • Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
