Pay Range
$54.90 - $82.35
Determine and delegate resources to complete Research Services Applications and programming projects. Determines software development architecture requirements, specifications, timelines, and security. Maintains and customizes system design to meet end-users' needs. Develops strategy and policy for system use and integration. Dually reporting through Research Services in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, ensures that REDCap and Research Applications support the Research systems and data needs of Advocate Health.
Essential Functions
  • Leads Enterprise Research Applications such as REDCap by developing architecture, structure, security, and application reporting.
  • Leads the applications team by developing the team and supporting the strategy, policies, procedures, business processes, education/training initiatives, project management, system integration, system security and maintenance initiatives.
  • Builds business intelligence and reporting solutions to support end users.

Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity to keystroke a keyboard. Analytical reasoning. Visual acuity. Ability to present using contact management software.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of applications programming experience. Master's Degree preferred.
