A Redcap Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the use, administration, and customization of REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) systems within an organization. This role involves managing user access, ensuring data security, providing training and technical support, and supporting research teams in building and maintaining electronic data capture projects. Redcap Managers often work in academic, healthcare, or research institutions and play a key role in facilitating secure and efficient data collection for clinical studies and research projects.

How does a Redcap manager typically collaborate with research teams and IT staff to support data collection projects?

Regular communication and training sessions are common, as the Redcap Manager helps users navigate REDCap's features and troubleshoot data-related challenges. This collaborative approach ensures smooth project execution and data integrity across multiple studies.
