Clarity Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative local to Chicago, IL. This position will support a large-scale client project to assist with on-street parking, red light, and speed enforcement programs. The Customer Service Representative requires demonstrated understanding of service center support processes and procedures. This is a hybrid position that will report on-site 4 times a month.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
  • Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and communicate the information required for the motorist to take the appropriate action in resolving their situation.
  • Ability to accurately enter and record interactions with motorists and notes all actions and/or steps completed.
  • Walk the customer through billing types, charges, and rates.
  • Direct unresolved/out of scope issues to the next level of support personnel/ the proper department.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as receiving and sending faxes, filing, and writing work orders.
  • Provide accurate information on billing types, charges, rates, and municipal requirements.
  • Notate events and problems and their resolution.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and solid understanding of phone and customer service etiquette.
  • Must learn, adapt, and adjust to frequent script changes and changes in the parking, red light, and speed enforcement program.
  • Required to report onsite 4 times a month.
  • Ability to learn client applications and perform general office duties.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to retain a wealth of information to provide to customers.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
