Radiant Results is a results-driven wellness clinic specializing in medical-grade light therapy and weight loss support. Our mission is to help clients feel confident, energized, and successful through consistent care, measurable progress, and clear coaching.

We are hiring a confident, high-performing Case Manager to manage client cases from start to finish—including new client appointments, progress evaluations, body scans, education, and enrollment into the program best suited to help each client achieve results.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client results, accountability, education, and sales while maintaining a supportive, professional, and high-energy experience.

Required Hours

Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Lunch is typically from approximately 1:30–2:30 PM.

Friday: 5–6 hours with some scheduling flexibility

Role Overview

As our Case Manager, you will guide clients through their complete weight loss journey using medical-grade light therapy, accountability, progress tracking, and supportive education.

You will help clients remain consistent, evaluate their progress, understand their options, and confidently select the program that best supports their goals.

This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced clinic environment without being micromanaged.

Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management and Progress Tracking
  • Conduct new client appointments and onboarding sessions

  • Perform progress evaluations and re-exams

  • Conduct Styku body scans and measurements to accurately track results

  • Maintain strong client accountability, consistency, and retention

  • Document client progress and keep cases accurate and organized

  • Manage each client’s case from their initial appointment through continued care

Education and Coaching

Provide education regarding:

  • Medical-grade light therapy

  • Program expectations and the importance of consistency

  • Basic nutrition and lifestyle support, as outlined by clinic protocols

Help clients understand their care plan, remain committed, and successfully progress through their program.

Sales and Enrollment
  • Present recommended program options clearly and confidently

  • Guide clients toward the plan best suited to help them achieve results

  • Address questions and objections professionally

  • Help clients feel confident committing to their recommended program

  • Maintain a smooth and confident enrollment process without over-explaining

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a comparable role, such as case management, wellness care, weight loss coaching, personal training, client services, or sales

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • Confidence presenting programs and asking clients for commitment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent

  • Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
