Role Descriptions: Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Strong clustering knowledge, automation experience using Ansible.
Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and strong collaboration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide L3-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in mission-critical environments.
• Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, network, and application-level issues.
• Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments ensuring high availability and business continuity.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Automate system administration and configuration management tasks using Ansible.
• Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices.
• Work on system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with application, network, storage, and security teams.
• Support cloud-based Linux workloads in AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM – good to have).
