What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Red Cross CPR Instructor position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Red Cross CPR Instructor, you need current CPR certification (often at the instructor level), comprehensive knowledge of lifesaving techniques, and experience with adult education or training. Familiarity with audio-visual teaching tools, CPR manikins, and Red Cross training platforms is essential.
