Cycle Instructor (Rhythm Ride), Bold Cycle
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Deliver exceptional customer service and instruction to guests and the public in every class. This experience begins with check ins and welcoming people at the front desk and guiding individuals to designated areas to put personal belongings and any instructions before class begins. It is the instructor's responsibility to engage with participants and ensure their classes are pleasant and fulfilling with every session.
As a Mind Body Instructor, you will be responsible for:
  • Instructing quality programs to studio standards.
  • Ensure that safety policies and standard operating procedures are communicated and observed.
  • Must maintain a working knowledge of current industry trends as well as the available programs, services, and products offered at BOLD.
  • Perform specific cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure studio standards of cleanliness are upheld for hygienic purposes along with safety for staff and participants.
  • Act as a studio ambassador for all Kohler Wellness initiatives including but not limited to teacher trainings, community events, studio classes, and volunteering sessions.

This is a casual part-time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 5:00am and 8:00pm.
Skills/Requirements
  • Previous teaching experience preferred
  • CPR certified or completion of certification upon hire.
  • High school diploma, strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism as this is a guest facing position
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications

PHYSICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen to guests. Must be able to perform high cardiovascular output while facilitating. Frequent bending, kneeling, stretching, standing, sitting, and overall movement will be required. Ability to lead sessions up to 60 minutes. Lift up to 50 lbs.
