Job Summary:
Under the supervision and direction of the MHS Manager or Team Lead, the Desk Ambassador /Health Screener is responsible for screening, escorting and providing directions to patients and guests to and/or from the hospital in a welcoming, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. The Desk Ambassador/Health Screener is also responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, wheelchairs, luggage, directions, hospital promotions/campaigns and initial questions regarding the hospital facility and service offerings. The Health Screener proactively works to resolve questions, concerns and assistance needs to the customer’s best interest. The Health Screener reflects the MHS-WE CARE core values.
