ENERGY BEVERAGE - Pearl, MS
Red Bull Driver/Sales
The Red Bull Driver/Salesperson is responsible for improving the sales of company products in each assigned account. Keep shelves and vendors clean. Demonstrate a sincere interest in the business success of each account that is assigned to you. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Pushes/pulls hand truck to machine or shelves and loads appropriate Gulf Distributing Holdings standards. Climbing in and out of vehicle and proper lifting techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct a complete sales call on all assigned accounts on the proper day and in the established sequence.
  • Sell and merchandise Red Bull products in accordance with the standards of Gulf Distributing Holdings Company.
  • Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is used in the proper manner and quantity.
  • Keep marketing plan and all tracking charts updated daily.
  • Actively participate in all incentive programs.
  • Properly prepare accounts for delivery.
  • Sell an adequate amount of Energy Beverage Management products to each account to ensure no Out Of Stocks until the next scheduled delivery.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of your assigned accounts.
  • Work with your assigned account to improve your shelf position within their cooler, warm shelf, and the placement of floor displays.
  • Advise and train the retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising, and pricing of the products you supply to them.
  • Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of Energy Beverage Management Company.
  • Always be aware of code dates and have product that is at jeopardy of going out-of-date swapped before it goes Out-of-Date.

Qualifications
  • 1 year sales experience
  • Self starter with the ability to manage others efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Class D License
