Job description

The NAM brings the brand to life within assigned casual dining chains by delivering High 5 execution standards and building scalable, insight-driven programs that resonate with both operators and consumers. Working cross-functionally and externally with key partners, this role identifies opportunities, unlocks growth, and turns strategy into action.
With a focus on execution, relationships, and performance, the National Account Manager ensures Red Bull continues to fuel growth, strengthen brand presence, and drive impact across the casual dining channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
    Builds strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key account decision makers and stakeholders
    Customizes presentations utilizing business insights to appeal to customer's needs in order to gain execution and programming
    Creates account programming such as LTO's, staff programs, etc. that are relevant to each account and drives volume
    Negotiates contracts to drive execution and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case
    Conducts business reviews and holds partners accountable to deliver upon agreed upon execution and programs
    Participates in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences
  • C ROSS FUNCTIONAL FACILITATION
    CROSS FUNCTIONAL FACILITATION
  • DRIVES ON PREMISE MARKETING INITIATIVES IN CASUAL DINING CHAINS
    Develops programs to motivate, engage and reward staff
    Works with trade marketing and 3rd party agencies to develop relevant social/ digital programming to drive brand and product relevance
    Creates drink programs that deliver a premium product experience
  • ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
    Establishes and manages budgets by account, constantly analyzing RIO and rate per case
    Plans and tracks volume monthly by account chain
    Analyzes distribution and non-buy reports on a monthly basis to close gaps]

  • 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with a strong track record of driving growth in casual dining
