The global Red Bull Digital Products & Services technology team is responsible for building, launching, and maintaining cutting edge technology solutions to support all global consumer-facing digital products such as streaming platforms like Red Bull TV, Mobile Apps & Games, RedBull.com as well as pushing the brand forward by staying on the cutting edge of Emerging Technologies.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the visual and user experience design for the Digital Products Studio team-Red Bull's Digital Products & Services team incubating new digital products, scaling existing mobile app experiences and innovating on the forefront of new Emerging Technologies such as Spatial Computing, AI, and robotics.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design process across multiple initiatives shaping experiences from early concepts to polished delivery. You'll lead creative direction, drive hands-on execution, and provide strategic oversight when collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners. You'll also lead and manage external agencies and contractors to bring ideas to life at scale.

You'll report to and be supported by the Red Bull Digital Products Design Director and be responsible for all design with the Emerging Technology team, as well as a global network of cross-functional team members. This role requires an exploratory mindset interested in new technologies, strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, support, and legal.

Job Description

PRODUCT & PROJECT OWNERSHIP

Own a product pillar end-to-end-from discovery to delivery-guiding design strategy through ambiguity with clarity and confidence.

Lead high-impact design initiatives across emerging platforms, native mobile, and web, for a global audience.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with UX Research to identify insights, drive research efforts, and validate product decisions.

Support relationships with external agencies and contractors, ensuring creative alignment and scalable execution.

Proactively identify design or research resource needs and flag them to leadership.

Facilitate design critiques, maintain transparent workflows, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

DESIGN EXCELLENCE & DELIVERY

Deliver high-quality, platform-native experiences across emerging technologies, iOS, Android, and web with attention to detail and brand alignment.

Drive the full design lifecycle-from early explorations and rapid prototyping to refined visual design and developer-ready specs.

Maintain and evolve the design system, building reusable components and scalable patterns to support product growth.

Ensure consistency and craft across projects-even in fast-moving environments and shifting priorities.

Oversee asset handoff, QA, and post-launch refinements to uphold design integrity across every touchpoint.

COMMUNICATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT

Clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership, influencing direction and decision-making.

Create engaging presentations to communicate vision, progress, and outcomes across stakeholders.

Support team-wide understanding through project updates, all-hands, and syncs.

Qualifications

Expert in Figma (prototyping, components, variables, auto-layout, responsive design, and systems thinking).

5+ years of product design experience with a strong record of shipping mobile and cross-platform experiences.

Bachelor's degree in design or related field (preferred but not required).

Strong technical skill sets blending new emerging technologies with high-quality creative execution.

Strong foundation in UX/UI principles with platform fluency and strong awareness of emerging trends.

Strong social skills and experience working in global cross-functional teams and with agencies and partners.

Proven experience working within and contributing to design systems at scale.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable-capable of leading solo or embedded within high-performing teams.

Bonus: Background in emerging tech, experimental design, and/or startup environments.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
