Job Description

Skills Requirements:

  • Proven ability creating validation, assessment and scoring guidelines for evaluating end to end interactive conversational scenarios to accomplish a given task
  • Give feedback on the engineering tools, documentation and assessment process and feedback, provide rejection skill specifics for them to gain, explain why it was rejected
  • Ability to utilize existing best practices to create and develop new frameworks (e.g. Skype and Bot Frame)
  • Experience implementing conversational experiences with multi-turn dialog (ideally using Amazon Alexa and/or Microsoft's Bot Framework)
  • Experience working directly with customers and external partners, and a strong customer-centric orientation
  • Comfortable working with pre-release development environments

  • Must have testing voice or interactive Cortana BOT framework (Voice testing Conversational experiences)
