At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we give electronics their next best life while protecting our planet and our customers' interests. As a Certified Great Place to Work® since 2017, we've built a team culture that's rewarding, engaging, and FUN! But don't just take our word for it-see what our Team Members have to say.
Work Location: Onsite; Onalaska, WI
Travel: Approximately 15 - 25%
Compensation: $105,000 - $145,000 annually (represents base + incentive)
Benefits Include:
  • Eligible for wage increases twice annually
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation in year one and 4 weeks in year two
  • 8 paid holidays
  • Health benefits begin the first of the month following your start date
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Quarterly profit sharing

How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Briefcase
At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we believe great performance comes from alignment across three areas:
  • Head - your natural behavioral drives and cognitive agility (measured by our Predictive Index assessment)
  • Heart - your values, passions, and what drives you to make a meaningful impact
  • Briefcase - your experiences, skills, and results from past roles

Every step of our process is designed to understand you in all three areas. It's how we ensure the best mutual fit-not just for what you can do, but for how you'll thrive here long-term.
You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes less than 20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.
Your Purpose
Dynamic's Recycling business has been the foundation of our company for decades. Today, it remains a critical strategic advantage - fueling our vertically integrated business model, offering sustainable solutions for end-of-life technology, and creating long-term value for our customers, our business, and the environment.
As the Strategic Sales Manager, you'll lead the commercial strategy for this essential business while helping shape its next chapter. Collaborating across the organization, you'll ensure we continue building strong supply partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional value to customers across our recycling network.
Your team is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with municipalities, OEMs, collectors, manufacturers, commercial generators, and strategic suppliers to secure the material streams that drive our business. From Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs to high-value scrap purchasing and strategic sourcing initiatives, you'll strengthen Dynamic's position as the preferred partner throughout the recycling ecosystem.
Success in this role won't simply be measured by revenue growth. It will be measured by the strength of the team you develop, the quality of our customer relationships, the margin improvement you generate, and your ability to position Dynamic's Recycling business for sustainable long-term success.
You'll report directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a respected leader with a proven track record of developing talent, building high-performing commercial teams, and making a strategic impact on the business. You'll have the opportunity to accelerate your own leadership growth while helping shape one of Dynamic's most important business segments and influencing the company's future for years to come.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Recycling sales team
  • Establish sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations while holding the team accountable for results
  • Develop and execute market growth strategies to expand Dynamic's Recycling business
  • Build relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and high-value business opportunities
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
  • Analyze sales performance, profitability, and market trends to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business units to strengthen customer solutions
  • Represent Dynamic at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and overall business performance

What You Bring (Briefcase)
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience of successful B2B sales, account management, or business development experience with leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and leading sales initiatives
  • Experience managing sales performance, forecasting, or business metrics
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%

Preferred
  • Recycling, metals, or electronics recycling industry experience
  • Commodity buying/selling experience
  • International sales experience
  • Smelter or downstream recycling market knowledge

Skills & Abilities (Head)
We're looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and a bias toward action.
You'll be successful if you have:
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Sales strategy and market development experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
  • Experience optimizing sales processes and utilizing CRM systems
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Confidence making data-driven decisions while remaining adaptable

♥ Who You Are (Heart)
We're intentionally looking for a professional who is early enough in their leadership journey to continue growing. Someone who has demonstrated success leading sales teams, possesses strong business acumen, and is eager to be coached, challenged, and developed into a future enterprise-level leader. At Dynamic, we believe leaders with the right values and attitude who are humble, driven, curious, and committed to continuous improvement have unlimited potential for advancement and organizational impact.
This role might be for you if you're naturally competitive-but collaborative. You love building relationships, developing people, and winning as a team.
You're someone who:
  • Is hungry to grow personally and professionally
  • Leads by example and earns trust through action
  • Has a strong sales foundation and is ready to expand in leadership
  • Loves coaching others, even if your formal leadership experience is still growing
  • Balances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Builds strong partnerships internally and externally
  • Is resilient, adaptable, and energized by change
  • Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Wants to make a lasting impact on both people and the business

We're looking for someone with the right ingredients - not someone who's done it all. If you're sharp, curious, driven, and ready to lead a talented team while continuing to grow into a larger leadership role, we'd love to connect!
