M. Lipsitz & Co., Ltd. Now Hiring - Manager Trainees for metal recycling business; EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for qualified individuals looking for challenging career with a family-owned company that has been in Metal Recycling Business since 1895.   No previous experience in metal recycling is required.  
 
Interested, here is what you need to know: 
  • Training is in Waco, relocation is required after training to a location in Texas or Oklahoma.
  • Flexibility to travel and work at other locations in Texas or Oklahoma during training.
  • We prefer qualified individuals have a degree or some college courses; previous manufacturing, business experience is helpful.
  • Mechanical aptitude; willingness to perform hands on work; heavy equipment experience helpful; 
  • Salary is entry level, hourly paid, paid weekly while in training.
  • Generally Monday through Saturday, overtime eligible while in training.
  • We offer benefits package that includes 401K, group health plan options, relocation plan, paid vacations, holidays and sick pay, paid company group life insurance and others.
