Job description

Recycling Associate – Production
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM to Midnight 
Pay: $19.00/hr to start
Location: McGregor, TX area

Crouch Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking Recycling Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a very physical, hands-on production position that requires employees to stay active throughout the entire shift. Team members will work directly with product throughout the recycling process while helping keep production moving safely and efficiently.

This position is performed in a very hot environment and requires candidates to be physically fit, comfortable working at a fast pace, and able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and move product throughout the recycling process
  • Place material onto production equipment or conveyor lines
  • Assist with processing and packaging recycled product
  • Operate or monitor production and bagging equipment as needed
  • Seal, stack, and prepare finished product for storage or shipment
  • Perform frequent lifting and material-handling duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Sweep and remove excess material throughout the shift
  • Assist with general housekeeping and cleanup duties
  • Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Assist in other areas of the department as needed
