Join Our Team as an Inbound & Recycling Operator!
Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of semiconductor manufacturing? Take your career to the next level by joining our innovative team as an Inbound & Recycling Operator! This dynamic role offers the perfect blend of hands-on material operations, sustainability, and fast-paced teamwork within a cutting-edge environment.
Location: Taylor, TX (train in Georgetown)
Shift: 8am-5pm M-F
Pay Rate: $18/hr
 
What You'll Do:
  • Unload, sort, and stage incoming materials for production and storage areas.
  • Verify shipments and ensure proper labeling and organization.
  • Manage recycling and disposal of scrap materials, keeping waste streams efficient and sustainable.
  • Operate material handling equipment and transport materials between different sections of the facility.
  • Keep records up-to-date and support our inventory tracking systems.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces using 5S standards.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines to help us exceed industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Warehouse, material handling, or recycling experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work well in a busy environment.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory handling.
  • Forklift or Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification is a plus!
  • Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS experience favored).
