The Role
Team Management
  • Manage, coach and develop your team, offering operations support and career development whilst creating a tailored team culture.
  • Set and monitor targets and track your teams performance through data and reporting in line with client needs
  • Motivate and encourage your team to delivery the best service.

Delivery
  • Own the end to end recruitment process for mid - senior level hires.
  • Your focus will be recruiting great people across Technical disciplines
  • Own the success of your team's core delivery.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across various departments within Talentful and your client to forecast, provide insights and deliver detailed reports.

Initiatives
  • Provide a consultative approach to improve the sufficiency of the internal business model.
  • Identify and optimise ways to work smarter and define processes in order to make an impact for your client and Talentful.

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it's so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation range for this role at Talentful $82,000- $155,700 USD.
