As Recruitment Associate, You Will...
  • Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs
  • Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries
  • Process and track applicant job submissions
  • Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
  • Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
  • Participate in job fairs & hiring events
  • Build relationships with internal employees
  • Ensure orientation and the onboarding process runs smoothly
