Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 50 full-service firm seeking a Senior Corporate Transactions Associate with 5-7 years' experience for its Chicago office.


This opportunity offers sophisticated M&A work for corporate, private equity and health care clients. The successful attorney will work closely with partner-led teams, own core diligence and drafting workstreams and help drive transactions to closing.

• Excellent academic credentials from a highly regarded law school

• Illinois and Georgia Bar admission, or the ability to obtain both
