We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Recruiting Sourcer to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in owning and managing work streams within the recruiting function, leading sourcing initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support organizational goals. This is a contract position, you will not be eligible for Ancestry Benefits.

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST.

$40 per hour based on experience.

What you will do…

 
  • Own and manage designated work streams within the recruiting function, determining work methods and procedures independently.

  • Act as a lead within the recruiting team, providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Work on complex sourcing issues independently, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and judgment in resolving problems that deviate from standard policy and practice.

  • Evaluate varied factors and implement solutions effectively.

  • Prioritize and execute sourcing activities to support organizational goals and objectives, exercising judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve desired results.

  • Collaborate with key contacts outside of recruiting to resolve mutual problems and coordinate team activities as needed.

  • Share learnings with less experienced team members and build relationships to influence others within the recruiting function.

  • Highly skilled and fully proficient in recruiting sourcing methodologies and techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and take the lead on sourcing initiatives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate varied factors to implement effective solutions.

  • Experience in executing and prioritizing sourcing activities to support organizational goals.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting sourcing.

  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Strong understanding of interdependencies and outcomes in recruitment processes.
