This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are identified for open roles. The role is temporary and time-based, with a focus on managing workload effectively. Responsibilities: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and align with the organization's needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines. Qualifications: Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
