Role Overview:
Could you be our next Agent Recruiting Project Coordinator? Globe Life is looking for an Agent Recruiting Project Coordinator to join the team!
This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for recruiting initiatives by coordinating vendor relationships, supporting recruiting marketing campaigns, managing lead distribution, monitoring recruiting performance trends, and serving as a liaison between Recruiting, Marketing, and business stakeholders. This role helps ensure recruiting programs are executed efficiently while supporting ongoing projects and day-to-day recruiting operations.
This is a remote / work-from-home position.
What You Will Do:
  • Maintain recruiting initiatives with & schedules with Third Party Vendors.
  • Coordinate recruiting/marketing initiatives for captive agent divisions of Globe Life.
  • Assist in monitoring response & trends in response from various markets and/or vendors.
  • Assist other support staff in projects related to Enterprise Recruiting activity.
  • Initiate contact with other departments-Globe Marketing, Divisional Recruiting Leadership, and Executive Teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced-level Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong competency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
