This individual will serve as the primary interface between BryceTech and the Government, ensuring the successful delivery of advisory and assistance services that support AFRL's Space Warfare and Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorates.
The Program Manager will oversee program execution, staffing, financial performance, quality assurance, customer engagement, and subcontractor management while ensuring exceptional technical support to AFRL leadership. This position requires an experienced leader capable of managing highly credentialed scientists, engineers, and strategic advisors supporting advanced research and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as BryceTech's primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and AFRL leadership
- Provide overall program leadership, technical oversight, and contract administration for all contract activities
- Manage day-to-day execution of advisory and assistance services supporting AFRL research, technology planning, and organizational initiatives

- Manage subcontractor performance, coordination, and compliance
- Identify and mitigate program risks while implementing effective corrective actions when necessary
- Support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive program management
- Coordinate with corporate leadership regarding financial performance, staffing strategy, and business operations

- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams composed of scientists, engineers, technical advisors, and subject matter experts
- Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition, contract administration, and Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS)
- Experience managing cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with senior government leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting AFRL Space Warfare, Information & Spectrum Warfare, Space Systems, Directed Energy, or related science and technology organizations
- Familiarity with Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
- Experience leading Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts
