Job description

Program Manager

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for the performance of a program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the coordinates multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution.

Location: Shelby, NC

Salary: $130,000 to $155,000

  • Develops and manages comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%)
  • Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%)
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%)
  • Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (20%)
  • Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%)
