CDL Driver Placement Specialist - Recruiting Pipeline & Carrier Matching
Truck Driver Nation is seeking recruiting professionals to help match qualified CDL drivers with available opportunities based on experience, qualifications, location, and carrier requirements.
This role focuses on candidate evaluation, placement coordination, recruiting follow-up, and maintaining an organized driver pipeline.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
โ€ข Review CDL driver qualifications
โ€ข Match drivers with suitable available opportunities
โ€ข Communicate position details and recruiting next steps
โ€ข Maintain active candidate pipelines
โ€ข Follow up with qualified drivers
โ€ข Track candidate progress and placement activity
โ€ข Coordinate information between candidates and recruiting teams
โ€ข Maintain accurate applicant records and notes
โ€ข Help ensure candidates are moved through the process efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข Strong communication and organizational skills
โ€ข Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers
โ€ข Ability to evaluate basic applicant qualifications
โ€ข Comfortable using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, and online systems
โ€ข Recruiting or transportation experience is helpful
โ€ข CDL driving or trucking-industry experience is valuable
โ€ข Ability to work independently and maintain strong follow-through
