Description:

Wize Solutions- headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, we operate in all 50 states and internationally, delivering top-tier warehouse solutions with a relentless commitment to excellence. Our growth speaks for itself: over the last two years we expanded from 120 to 600+ employees, and we’re just getting started.

What fuels our success? Our people. We believe that when our employees thrive, our company thrives. Through both tangible benefits and the intangibles that make a workplace truly great, we ensure that working at Wize Solutions isn’t just a job, it’s a career worth building. Because a significant portion of our hires come through employee referrals, this individual will work closely with our internal teams to maximize the success of our Employee Referral Program by engaging referring employees, screening referred candidates, and moving qualified candidates through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the rapid growth of the organization. Experience recruiting within the material handling, construction, warehousing, industrial services, or similar industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Operations leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and project timelines
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring demands
  • Maintain frequent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and reduce candidate drop-off
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with employees and field leadership to maximize participation in the company's Employee Referral Program

Recruiting Operations

  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruiting workflows, hiring processes, and candidate communications
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, hiring volume, candidate conversion rates, and referral effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures
  • Assist with special recruiting initiatives and hiring events as business needs require
  • Evaluate and recommend the most effective sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, industry-specific sites, state workforce agencies, government employment resources, community organizations, and other recruiting platforms
  • Research and recommend participation in job fairs, hiring events, trade schools, workforce development programs, and community recruiting initiatives based on hiring needs and return on investment
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines in competitive labor markets
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly or field-based positions
  • Demonstrated success hiring large numbers of employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting within the material handling, construction, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, industrial services, or similar industries is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR team members

Travel Requirements

Travel to Wize Solutions' headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, is expected approximately 2–4 times per year for training, planning meetings, and team collaboration.
