We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.   • Proactively source top talent through innovative sourcing methods — ATS, Boolean searches, social platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Build talent pipelines that keep us ready to hire for today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting with a goal of screening 90+ candidates weekly to support rapid hiring needs.
  • Conduct structured phone screens to ensure candidates align with role qualifications and reflect Hibbett’s values.
  • Champion Hibbett’s employer brand through outreach campaigns, social content, and participation in career events.
  • Nurture relationships with passive candidates, creating an exceptional experience that leaves them excited about future opportunities with Hibbett.

  • Strong sourcing and research skills with experience in ATS, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
