Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
  • Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose.
  • Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
  • Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
  • Ready to grow-and help others do the same.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
