COVE Animal Health is a doctor-led, multi-brand veterinary hospital group across CT, PA, OH, MA, ME, and RI - including Pieper Veterinary, Mass-RI Veterinary, Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, Portland PVESC, and Animal Clinic Northview. Our dyad model pairs a physician leader with an operational leader in every hospital, keeping patients and clients at the center of everything we do.
The Opportunity
Every great hospital starts with the right doctor. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for veterinarian roles across our growing network, lead a team of clinical Talent Specialists, and partner directly with the regional leadership teams to keep our hospitals staffed with outstanding clinical leaders. This is a hybrid position, located in the Northeast.
What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for open veterinarian roles, from intake through offer
  • Lead and coach the veterinarian TA team
  • Healthcare, veterinary, or another regulated, multi-site environment experience required
  • ATS and recruiting analytics/marketing tool experience (Appcast, Bloom, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Veterinary experience required

Compensation & Benefits
