Job description

Recruiting at Brex

Recruiting is where every career at Brex begins. We're the first point of connection for future builders and leaders, helping candidates see what's possible. We partner with leaders across the company to find exceptional talent and build high-performing teams. We move quickly, think strategically, and take pride in creating a thoughtful, welcoming candidate experience from the very first contact. We don't just fill roles, we shape the culture at Brex, finding the next generation of builders and leaders.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead our Post-Sales and Marketing recruiting function. You'll own hiring strategy and execution for some of Brex's most important teams, those that are certain to create exceptional customer experiences.

This is a pure people leadership role. You'll partner directly with the Director of Business Recruiting and senior post-sales  and marketing stakeholders to shape how we attract and close top talent in a competitive, post-acquisition environment. You'll be accountable for team performance, pipeline health, and the recruiting experience across your function.

Where You'll Work

New York, San Francisco, Salt Lake or Vancouver. Brex operates on a hybrid model with three coordinated in-office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We also offer up to 4 weeks per year of fully remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM Recruiters focused on hiring top talent
  • Set and drive team goals around pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing and assessment strategies
  • Maintain a clear view of pipeline health across your function; surface risks and recommendations to the Director of Business Recruiting and leadership
  • Champion recruiting process quality, driving consistency in interviews, calibration, and offer strategy across your team
  • Develop and refine frameworks for evaluating candidates in specialized and leadership-level technical roles
  • Contribute to recruiting enablement, onboarding new team members, and elevating the craft of your recruiters
  • Partner with Recruiting Ops, Comp, and Finance on headcount planning, tooling, and capacity modeling
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
  • Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s, and building high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data and translating it into action
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving org
Bonus Points
  • Experience navigating recruiting in a post-acquisition or org integration context
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tooling
Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $148,800 - $186,600. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
