About the company

Our client is a widely adopted computer vision platform used by more than one million developers and roughly half of the Fortune 100. The company helps teams manage image data, annotate datasets, train models, and deploy computer vision systems through APIs and edge infrastructure. It has raised approximately $99M from top-tier investors and is scaling a focused team toward its next stage of growth.

The role and why it matters

This Recruiting Associate will be the operational backbone of a fast-scaling People team. You will keep candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners aligned while helping build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Coordinate candidates across internal recruiters and external search firms, keeping every stage accurate in the ATS.

• Drive consistent ATS adoption by ensuring feedback, candidate records, and next steps are complete and current.

• Review inbound applicants across multiple roles and pass qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.

• Manage the in-office candidate experience, including greetings, logistics, scheduling, and hospitality.

• Support light office coordination such as supplies, maintenance requests, and welcoming new hires.

• Build repeatable recruiting processes and documentation for a rapidly growing organization.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization across many concurrent searches and time-sensitive tasks.

• Outgoing, polished communication with candidates, executives, and external partners.

• Experience in a fast-scaling startup or small company with limited existing infrastructure.

• High discretion with compensation data, interview feedback, and candidate information.

• A hands-on, adaptable approach to ambiguous problems and changing priorities.

Bonus points

• Experience with Ashby or another modern applicant tracking system.

• Experience screening inbound applicants or supporting multiple recruiters.

• Hospitality, event, office, or candidate-experience coordination experience.

• Interest in growing into full-cycle recruiting within the next few years.

Location and work model

• Full-time role based in New York City.

• Five days per week in the office.

• Visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, may be considered.

Benefits

• $90,000 to $110,000 base salary.

• Competitive equity.

• Up to 100% health coverage for employees and their families.

• $4,000 annual travel stipend and $350 monthly productivity stipend.

• Unlimited paid time off.

• Clear development path toward full-cycle recruiting.
