Summary/Objective

The Associate Relations Leader's role is to interact with and support the MAU personnel assigned to the customer site and ensure that customer key performance indicators are achieved. Specifically manage HR functions with a focus on payroll, performance counseling, data analytics, and attendance tracking.


Essential
Functions

  • Engage existing and new MAU employees onsite at client locations to ensure successful and effective onboarding, employment and conversion.
  • Process, verify, and maintain documentation and record for each employee, including such information as absences, investigations, reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Daily utilize Microsoft software such as Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, as well as MAU's Applicant Tracking System.
  • Enter, maintain, check and update job orders to be filled by recruiting personnel within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Communicate and collaborate with recruiting personnel to provide updates, quality feedback and changes in staffing.
  • Audit time records.
  • Use sound judgment to evaluate safety risk or business risk and seek advice when appropriate.
  • Identify issues and assess problems using a logical problem-solving approach.
  • Identify opportunities for improving and streamlining MAU work processes.
  • Audit and authorize all required paperwork.
  • Support new initiatives by demonstrating the ability to focus on positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility, creativity, consistency, fairness, discretion, and trust.
  • Listen to and use new information from clients appropriately.
  • Daily interaction with Section Leaders/Managers.

Work Environment or Working Conditions

The working conditions and environments are created by our customers' facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.Environments may vary from non-temperature-controlled environments to GMP clean room required.

Physical Demands

This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
