Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator on Crusoe’s Candidate Experience team, you will serve as a key representative of our mission, helping shape how top talent interacts with our company. In this high-impact role, you will join a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team with an exciting opportunity to directly support Crusoe’s hyper-growth.

Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver a smooth, high-touch, and engaging candidate journey. Crusoe is building sustainable AI and energy infrastructure for the future, and your work will fuel our expansion by ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent with speed, precision, and empathy. This position is intended to be a 12-month contract-to-hire role, dependent on success in role and business need.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Complex Scheduling: Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles with speed and precision.

  • Candidate Experience: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience that reflects Crusoe's standards of excellence and values. Partner with Recruiters to communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned.

  • Proactive Calendar Navigation: Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they become blockers.

  • Scalable Operational Excellence: Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support Crusoe's rapid hiring growth and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Data Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained while upholding data accuracy and compliance within the ATS and additional recruiting tools.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Recruiting & Operations Background: 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Calendar Management Prowess: Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing heavy interview loads.

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional communication skills. You are polished, professional, and approachable across all candidate and internal interactions.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven ability to manage confidential talent information with discretion and sound judgment. Ownership: Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership. You know how to prioritize and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and employees across a wide range of functions and levels.

  • Stellar Attention to Detail & Candidate Experience: Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Mission-Driven Team Player: Absolute team-player dedicated to continuous improvement and excited about Crusoe's mission in clean energy and AI computing.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Ashby ATS

  • Proficient and/or passionate about AI trends and Talent Acquisition best practices

  • Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow documentation

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $36 - $48/hour. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic area, internal equity and alignment with market data.
