The Technical Staffing Recruiter is a job for someone who is energetic, proactive, and consistent in sourcing and screening highly qualified candidates for technical roles. Role:
* Source top caliber candidates through conventional and unconventional resources (i.e. networking, referrals, online searches, internet postings, social media, user/technical groups, etc.)
* Screen candidates effectively (i.e. Resume, Interviews, Reference Checks)
* Negotiate wages/salaries
* Interface with Fortune 500 clients to set interviews and obtain feedback
* Must be comfortable working with high-level hiring managers
* Meet at customers' sites both local and out of state occasionally as needed
* Develop relationships with potential customers, as needed
* Understand and interpret customer's job descriptions
* Attend virtual meetings with hiring managers to understand their requirements
* Respond to client questions in a timely manner
